The Seacoast Charter School Board of Trustees is responsible for the governance of the Seacoast Charter School.  In practice, this means that they are responsible for oversight of the operations of the school in accord with the charter, the mission, and the budget established annually by the board.  In addition, the board is responsible for hiring and firing the Head of School.

Board meetings are public meetings and open to any member of the community.  They are typically scheduled for the second Monday of the month at 7 PM.  Minutes of the meetings are available here on the website or in the office of the school.
