The Seacoast Charter School is seeking a dynamic and inspiring part-time Reading Specialist to join the school’s faculty. The Reading Specialist will assist teachers in their professional growth in the area of literacy instruction and provide direct services to struggling readers.
The successful candidate will have experience extensive experiencing in multiple methods of early reading instruction, familiarity with the Reader's Workshop model and an interest in developing integrated curriculum focusing on the arts and the artistic process.Candidates must also demonstrate enthusiasm and creativity in working cooperatively with teachers, parents, and colleagues. The candidate must be willing to work as part of a collaborative faculty.NH certification is recommended but not required.
